Generating a new PIN code for Agilico Connect Mobile App

Learn how to easily generate a new PIN code for the Agilico Connect Mobile App to enhance your security and access convenience.

Follow the steps below to create a new PIN code for a user’s Agilico Connect mobile application:

  1. Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)  
  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Users.
  3. Locate the required user, then select either the Desktop or Mobile device icon under the Options column  
    • If neither option is available for the user under options, then you will need to raise a ticket with the Agilico Support at tech-support@agilico.co.uk to provide you access to this function.
  4. Click the Agilico Connect for Android or Agilico Connect for Android / iOS icon, depending on the user's device.
  5. Under Connect Mobile App, ensure the profile is set to Agilico Admin (if applicable).
  6. Click New Code.
  7. The system will automatically generate a new 8‑digit PIN for the user.
