Follow the steps below to create a new PIN code for a user’s Agilico Connect mobile application:
- Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click Users.
- Locate the required user, then select either the Desktop or Mobile device icon under the Options column
- If neither option is available for the user under options, then you will need to raise a ticket with the Agilico Support at tech-support@agilico.co.uk to provide you access to this function.
- Click the Agilico Connect for Android or Agilico Connect for Android / iOS icon, depending on the user's device.
- Under Connect Mobile App, ensure the profile is set to Agilico Admin (if applicable).
- Click New Code.
- The system will automatically generate a new 8‑digit PIN for the user.
