
Answering a Call
Lift the handset to answer a call, or press the Answer soft key, Speaker, or Headset button.
Placing a Call
Lift the handset, press the Speaker key, or press the Headset key.
Enter the number, then press Send.
Ending a Call
Hang up the handset, press the End Call soft key, or press Speaker/Headset to disconnect.
Mute a Call
Press the Mute key to mute your microphone.
Press Mute again to unmute.
Redialing
Press Redial to open the placed call list.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through entries.
Press Send to dial the highlighted number.
Press Redial twice to redial the most recent number.
Holding and Resuming
Press the Hold soft key to place a call on hold.
Press Resume or the flashing line key to return to the call.
If multiple calls are on hold, use the arrow keys to select the correct call before pressing Resume.
Call Transferring
Attended (Warm) Transfer
- Press Transfer during the call
- Enter the destination number and press Send
- Announce the call when answered
- Press Transfer again to complete
- Press Cancel to return if unanswered
Blind Transfer
- Press Transfer
- Enter the number
- Press Blind Transfer or Transfer again
Transfer to Voicemail
Transfer to * + extension (example: *90100)
Call History
Press the History soft key.
Use the left/right arrows to select Missed, Placed, Received, or All calls.
Highlight an entry and press Send to dial.
Volume Control
Use the Volume Up/Down keys:
- When idle: adjusts the ringer volume
- During a call: adjusts handset, speaker, or headset volume
Voicemail
Press the Voicemail key to listen to new messages.
Follow the prompts to play, delete, save, or forward messages.
Recording an Unavailable Greeting
- Press the Voicemail key
- Enter your mailbox number and password
- Press 0 for mailbox settings
- Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting
- Follow voice prompts and press # to save
- Choose to Accept, Listen, or Re‑record
Conference Calling
- During a call, press Conference
- Enter the second number and press Send
- When they answer, press Conference again to merge calls
Parking a Call
Press More → Park (or a programmed Park key).
Listen for the park slot number.
To retrieve, dial the park location.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Press DND to enable or disable Do Not Disturb.
Incoming calls will not ring when DND is active.
Call Forwarding
- Press Menu → Features → Call Forward
- Choose:
- Always Forward
- Busy Forward
- No Answer Forward
- Enter the number to forward to
- Press Save
