Placing a Call

Using the Handset

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send (if required)

Using Speakerphone

  1. Press Speaker
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send

Using a Headset

  1. Press Headset
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send

 

Answering a Call

  • Lift the handset
  • Press Speaker
  • Press Headset

Rejecting a call: Press Reject to send it to voicemail.

 

Ending a Call

  • Hang up the handset
  • Press Headset or Speaker, depending on mode
  • Or press End Call

 

Muting a Call

  • Press Mute to silence your microphone
  • Press Mute again to unmute

 

Hold & Resume

  • Press Hold to place the caller on hold
  • Press Resume to return to the call

Call Waiting

When a second call comes in:

  • Press Answer → original call is placed on hold
  • Use Resume to return

 

Redial

  • Press Redial to open your outgoing call list
  • Press Redial twice to immediately call the last number

 

Transferring Calls

Blind Transfer

  1. Press Transfer
  2. Dial number
  3. Press Blind Transfer or Transfer again

Attended (Warm) Transfer

  1. Press Transfer
  2. Dial number
  3. Wait for them to answer and announce the call
  4. Press Transfer again

Transfer to Voicemail

  • Transfer → * + Extension → Hang up

 

Conference Calls (3‑Way)

  1. During a call, press Conference
  2. Dial the next party
  3. Press Send
  4. When they answer, press Conference again to join

 

Call Park / Retrieve

Local Hold (Personal Hold)

  • Press Hold
  • Press Resume to return

Park (System‑Wide Hold)

  1. Press Park (or More → Park)
  2. System assigns a park slot
  3. Retrieve by dialing the park number or pressing the Park key

 

Call History

  1. Press History
  2. Browse All, Missed, Placed, Received
  3. Select a number → press Send

 

Volume Controls

  • During a call: Adjust handset/headset/speaker volume
  • When idle: Adjust ringer volume

 

Do Not Disturb (DND)

  • Press DND to turn on/off
  • When active, calls are silenced and sent to voicemail

 

Call Forwarding

  1. Menu → Features → Call Forward
  2. Select:
    • Always Forward
    • Busy Forward
    • No Answer Forward
  3. Enter number and Save

Accessing Voicemail

  • Press Voicemail key

Standard Options

  • Listen
  • Delete
  • Forward
  • Mailbox settings (record greetings)

Recording Greetings

  1. Access voicemail
  2. Choose Mailbox Options
  3. Select greeting type (Unavailable / Busy)
  4. Follow prompts and save

 

Wi‑Fi Setup

  1. Menu → Basic → Wi‑Fi
  2. Enable Wi‑Fi
  3. Select network
  4. Enter password → Save

 

Message Waiting Indicator

  • A red light indicates new voicemail or messages
