Answering a Call

  • Lift the handset
  • Press Speaker for hands‑free
  • Press Headset (if headset mode is enabled)

 

Placing a Call

Using the handset:

  1. Lift the handset
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send (if required)

Using Speakerphone:

  1. Press Speaker
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send

Using Headset:

  1. Ensure headset mode is active
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Send

 

Ending a Call

  • Hang up the handset
  • Or tap End Call
  • Or press Speaker to disconnect if on speakerphone

 

Mute / Unmute

  • Press Mute during a call to silence your microphone
  • Press Mute again to unmute
  • The mute light glows red when active

 

Placing a Call on Hold / Resuming

  • Press Hold or tap Hold on screen to place the call on hold
  • Press Resume to return to the call

 

Call Waiting

If a new call comes in while you're already on a call:

  • Tap Answer to take the new call (the first call is automatically placed on hold)
  • Move between calls by highlighting the held call and tapping Resume

 

Redial

  • Press Redial to view recently dialed numbers
  • Select an entry and press Send to call
  • Press Redial twice to call the most recent number immediately

 

Transferring Calls

Blind Transfer

  1. Press Transfer
  2. Dial the number
  3. Press Transfer again or B‑Transfer (Blind Transfer)

Attended (Consultative) Transfer

  1. Press Transfer
  2. Dial the number
  3. When they answer, announce the caller
  4. Press Transfer to complete

Transfer to Voicemail

  • Press Transfer
  • Dial the voicemail quick code (e.g., * + extension or service‑specific code)
  • Press Blind Transfer or Send

 

Conference Calls (3‑Way)

  1. While on an active call, press Conference
  2. Dial the second party
  3. When they answer, press Conference again to merge
  4. Repeat to add additional participants (if supported)

 

Call Park / Retrieve

To Park a Call:

  1. Press More until Park appears
  2. Press Park
  3. Enter the park number if prompted
  4. Note the announced park location (e.g., *802)

To Retrieve a Parked Call:

  • Dial the park location
  • Or press the corresponding Park key if configured

 

Call History

  1. Press History
  2. Use the navigation keys to browse:
    • All
    • Missed
    • Placed
    • Received
    • Forwarded
  3. Select a number and press Send to call it
  4. Use Options for details, add to contacts, or block

 

Volume Control

  • Use Volume + / - to adjust:
    • Ringer volume (when idle or ringing)
    • Handset, Speaker, and Headset volume (during calls)

 

Do Not Disturb (DND)

  • Press DND to enable
  • Press DND again to disable
  • A DND icon will appear on the display when active

 

Voicemail

Accessing Voicemail

  • Press the Voicemail key
  • Or dial your system’s voicemail access code

Voicemail Options

(Actual options vary by provider; typical menu includes:)

  • 1 – Listen to messages
  • 2 – Save / Skip / Next
  • 7 – Delete message
  • 8 – Forward message
  • 0 – Mailbox options

Recording Your Voicemail Greetings

  1. Access voicemail
  2. Choose Mailbox Options (typically 0)
  3. Choose greeting type:
    • Unavailable message
    • Busy message (played when you reject a call or are on DND)
  4. Follow prompts and press # to save

 

Bluetooth (If Needed)

  1. Go to Menu → Basic → Bluetooth
  2. Toggle Bluetooth: On
  3. Select the device you want to pair
  4. Enter pairing code if prompted

 

Message Waiting Indicator

  • A slow‑flashing red LED at the top of the phone indicates new voicemail messages.
