Answering a Call

Lift the handset to answer a call, or press the Answer soft key.

 

Placing a Call

Lift the handset or press the Send/Talk key.
Enter the number, then press Send/OK.

 

Ending a Call

Place the handset back in the cradle, press the End Call soft key, or press the On‑hook key.

 

Mute a Call

Press the Mute key to mute the handset microphone.
Press Mute again to unmute.

 

Redialing

Press the Redial soft key to access previously dialled numbers.
Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the list.
Press Send/OK to dial the highlighted number.

 

Holding and Resuming

To place an active call on hold, press the Hold soft key.
To retrieve a held call, press Resume.
If multiple calls are on hold, select the call using the arrow keys before pressing Resume.

 

Call Transferring

Transfer to Number (Attended/Warm Transfer)

  1. Press Options → Transfer during an active call.
  2. Enter the destination number and press Send.
  3. When the destination party answers, announce the call.
  4. Press Transfer again to complete the transfer.
  5. If no answer, press Cancel or Back to return to the caller.

Blind Transfer

  1. Press Options → Transfer.
  2. Enter the number.
  3. Press Transfer again to complete.

 

Call History

Press Menu → Call History.
Use the left and right keys to switch between all, dialled, received, and missed calls.
Use the up and down keys to scroll through entries.
Highlight an entry and press Send/OK to dial.

 

Volume Control

Press the Volume Up/Down keys:

  • When idle: adjusts ringer volume
  • During a call: adjusts earpiece or speaker volume

 

Steps to Record Unavailable Greeting

  1. Press the Voicemail key or dial the voicemail access code.
  2. Enter your mailbox number and password (usually your extension).
  3. Press 0 for mailbox options.
  4. Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.
  5. Follow the prompts to record your message and press # to save.
  6. Follow prompts to accept, listen, or re‑record the greeting.

 

Voicemail

To access voicemail messages, press the Voicemail key.

Common menu options (may vary by system):

  • 3 – Access advanced menu (date, time, caller ID info)
  • 5 – Repeat message
  • 7 – Delete message
  • 8 – Forward message
  • 9 – Save message
  • * – Return to main menu

The default mailbox number and password is typically your extension.
