
Answering a Call
- Lift the handset
- Press Speaker for hands‑free
- Press Headset (if connected)
Placing a Call
- Dial the desired number
- Choose how to place the call:
- Lift handset
- Press Speaker
- Press Headset
Ending a Call
- Hang up the handset
- Or press the End Call soft key
Muting a Call
- Press Mute to silence your microphone
- Press Mute again to unmute
Redialing
- Press Redial twice to call the last dialled number
- Press Redial once to view a list of recently dialled calls
- Select a number and press Call to dial
Holding and Resuming Calls
- Press Hold to place the call on hold
- Press Resume to return to the call
Transferring Calls
Warm (Consultative) Transfer
- Press Transfer
- Dial the destination number
- Wait for the person to answer, announce the caller
- Press Transfer again to complete
Blind Transfer
- Press Transfer
- Press Blind
- Dial the number
- Press Transfer to complete
Transfer to Voicemail
- Press Transfer → Blind → * + extension number
- The call goes directly to voicemail
Call History
- Press History
- Use the navigation keys to browse All, Missed, Received, or Dialled calls
- Select an entry and press Call to dial
Volume Control
- Use Volume + / - to adjust:
- Ringer volume (when idle)
- Handset/Speaker/Headset volume (during calls)
Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Press DND to enable or disable
When enabled, incoming calls will not ring and typically go directly to voicemail.
Call Forwarding
- Press Menu → Features → Call Forwarding
- Select the forwarding mode:
- Always Forward
- Busy Forward
- No Answer Forward
- Enter the number to forward to
- Press Save
To disable forwarding, return to the same menu and turn the option Off.
Conference Calls
- While on a call, press Conf
- Dial the next number
- When the person answers, press Conf again to join all parties
Repeat to add more participants if supported.
Call Park / Retrieve
- Park: Press the Park soft key (or dedicated button) during a call
- Retrieve: Dial the announced park location (e.g., *802)
Voicemail
Accessing Voicemail
- Press the Voicemail button
- Or dial *98
Voicemail Options
- 1 – Listen to messages
- 5 – Repeat message
- 6 – Next message
- 7 – Delete message
- 8 – Forward to another mailbox
Recording Your Unavailable Greeting
- Access voicemail (*98)
- Enter your mailbox number (usually your extension) and password
- Press 0 – Mailbox Options
- Press 1 – Record Unavailable Greeting
- Follow the spoken prompts and press # to save
Ringtones
- Press Menu → Basic → Sound → Ringtones
- Choose a ringtone
- Press Save
Message Waiting Indicator
- The light at the top-right glows red when you have a new voicemail
