
Answering a Call
Lift the handset to answer a call, or press the Answer soft key, Speaker, or Headset button.
Placing a Call
Lift the handset, press the Speaker key, or press the Headset key.
Enter the number, then press Send.
Ending a Call
Place the handset on the cradle, press the End Call soft key, or press the Speaker/Headset button.
Mute a Call
Press the Mute key to mute your microphone.
Press Mute again to unmute.
Redialing
Press Redial to view the placed call list.
Use the navigation keys to scroll through entries.
Press Send to dial the highlighted number.
Press Redial twice to immediately call the last dialled number.
Holding and Resuming
Press the Hold soft key during a call.
To resume, press Resume or the flashing line key.
If multiple calls are on hold, select the desired call using the navigation keys before pressing Resume.
Call Transferring
Attended (Warm) Transfer
- Press Transfer during a call
- Enter the destination number and press Send
- Announce the call when the party answers
- Press Transfer again to complete
- Press Cancel to return if unanswered
Blind Transfer
- Press Transfer
- Enter the number
- Press Blind Transfer or Transfer again
Transfer to Voicemail
Transfer to * + extension (example: *90100)
Call History
Press the History soft key.
Use the navigation keys to view All, Missed, Placed, and Received calls.
Highlight an entry and press Send to dial.
Volume Control
Press the Volume Up/Down keys:
- When idle: adjusts ringer volume
- During a call: adjusts handset, headset, or speaker volume
Voicemail
Press the Voicemail key to access messages.
Follow system prompts to listen, save, delete, or forward messages.
Recording an Unavailable Greeting
- Press the Voicemail key
- Enter your mailbox number and password
- Press 0 for mailbox options
- Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting
- Follow the prompts and press # to save
- Choose to Accept, Listen, or Re‑record
Conference Calling
- While on a call, press Conference
- Dial the second party and press Send
- When they answer, press Conference again to merge calls
Parking a Call
Press More → Park (or a programmed Park key).
Listen to the prompt for the park slot number.
To retrieve, dial the provided park location.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Press DND to enable or disable.
When active, incoming calls will not ring.
Call Forwarding
- Press Menu → Features → Call Forwarding
- Choose:
- Always Forward
- Busy Forward
- No Answer Forward
- Enter the forwarding number
- Press Save
