Answering a Call

Lift the handset to answer a call, or press the Answer soft key, Speaker, or Headset button.

 

Placing a Call

Lift the handset, press the Speaker key, or press the Headset key.
Enter the number, then press Send.

 

Ending a Call

Place the handset on the cradle, press the End Call soft key, or press the Speaker/Headset button.

 

Mute a Call

Press the Mute key to mute your microphone.
Press Mute again to unmute.

 

Redialing

Press Redial to access the placed call list.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through the entries.
Press Send to dial the highlighted number.
Press Redial twice to call the last dialled number immediately.

 

Holding and Resuming

Press the Hold soft key to place a call on hold.
Press Resume or the flashing line key to resume a held call.
If multiple calls are on hold, use the arrow keys to select the correct call before pressing Resume.

 

Call Transferring

Attended (Warm) Transfer

  1. Press Transfer during the call
  2. Enter the destination number and press Send
  3. Announce the call when the person answers
  4. Press Transfer again to complete
  5. Press Cancel to return to the caller if unanswered

Blind Transfer

  1. Press Transfer
  2. Enter the number
  3. Press Blind Transfer or Transfer again

Transfer to Voicemail
Transfer the call to * + extension (example: *90100)

 

Call History

Press the History soft key.
Use the arrow keys to browse missed, placed, received, and all calls.
Highlight an entry and press Send to dial.

 

Volume Control

Press the Volume Up/Down keys:

  • When idle: adjusts ringer volume
  • During a call: adjusts handset, headset, or speaker volume

 

Voicemail

Press the Voicemail key to listen to messages.
Follow the prompts to play, delete, save, or forward messages.

 

Recording an Unavailable Greeting

  1. Press the Voicemail key
  2. Enter your mailbox number and password
  3. Press 0 for mailbox options
  4. Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting
  5. Follow the prompts and press # to save
  6. Choose to Accept, Listen, or Re‑record

 

Conference Calling

  1. While on a call, press Conference
  2. Enter the second number and press Send
  3. When they answer, press Conference again to merge calls

 

Parking a Call

Press More → Park (or a programmed Park key).
Listen for the park location and note the extension.
To retrieve, dial the park location.

 

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Press DND to toggle Do Not Disturb on or off.
Incoming calls will not ring when enabled.

 

Call Forwarding

  1. Press Menu → Features → Call Forward
  2. Select:
    • Always Forward
    • Busy Forward
    • No Answer Forward
  3. Enter the forwarding number
  4. Press Save
